Go to http://www.installaware.com/. From the Support menu, choose Support Center. As of yesterday this took you to http://support.installaware.com. Now it links to http://www.installaware.com/forum/.
Is the support ticket system being done away with, or is this a simple mistake on the main page?

Good to know, thanks. Might this be why my support tickets have gone unanswered? I have one that I submitted on April 19th and followed up on twice on the 26th and 30th and never got a response.
