Is there a plug-in (runtime) availiable for SQL CE?

I am also looking for this. Are there any plans to include SQL CE support in InstallAware?

If not, what would be the correct/best way to install SQL CE along with our application? Currently we include the MSI from Microsoft as a support file and execute it in silent mode during the installation. Unfortunately this seems to hang during "Gathering information" (in the SQL CE installer) on some computers.

If you mean SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition and you are using it in a Desktop app (not on a mobile device) the easiest way is to include just these dlls with your application:
