Hi.

Running InstallAware Studio Admin (evaluation) to build a MSIX package a "Error code:170" message is displayed.

Where can I look for detailed build process information?

Thanks in advance.

Hi.

After modifying some data in the project, now a different error message appears:

Dear User,

Error 170 occurs when the MSIX compiler cannot finalize the resource content. This may happen when the project includes invalid image or Icon files, or because of inconsistencies with the project localization resources (the target localization language of the source IA project).

Error 210 is due to an error during the package signing process. This may be due the Authenticode settings specified with the source IA project. For test purposes, you may also do a try with setting the flag "Skip package signature" from the MSIX converter settings.

The MSIX compiler generates a log file in the output folder. This should contain more details about compiler errors.

Hope this helps you.
