I'm looking for a runtime for SQL Server 2008R2 SP2.
I believed that all SQL Servers had runtimes available for them.

it is practically impossible to make available any version of any Runtime package available.
BTW, InstallAware is not a closed box and the link you posted, describes how to create or include any third party component you eventually need.
