Registry Patching

Hi,

I have a problem updating the registry using a patch. I have three values which need to be entered into the registry, two of which are new values and the other value already exists. When I run the patch, only one of the new values are entered and the existing one osn't updated. Anyone had a problem like this? And if so, how did you fix it? Thanks
