Enduserproblem! Installer crash...

Hello,

with this report we are very confused. An user reports us, that each time he try to start the setup, the setup crash. He downloads three times, he got the setup from us packed as Zip file and so on, but each time it crash.

First, we do not think much about this problem. But now we have 5! Users who report exakt the same.

Out of 900.000 downloads we never have hearded an similar problem before. Now switching to Installaware we get each day an similar report.

What to do? You will have the same problem like we have. We do not get the deeper information from that users. We only know that they are using WinXP and we saw on the screenshot that one of this users, wehave only one shot, some "XP design" software like Windowblinds or similar.

Again the problem: If user double click the file (Setup.exe) it directly crash and the WindowsSendBug dialog pops up.

can you provide a download link to your setup please. Does the error occurs on XP-systems only?

Hi Ingo!

It would be nice if you could post the screenshot sent by your users. Also WindowBlinds might have a bug which causes problems when skinning windows.
