unable to contact update server for presupuesto

Hello i try to do an update application but when execute my application send me this message:

Unable to contact update server for "presupuesto"
Please check your internet connection and try again.

My web serve works ok.
And i read http://www.installaware.com/installawar ... pdates.pdf
but i dont find the mistake
someone can i help me.

Dear Eramos,

I may suggest you to verify the update url you used.

Did you try to enter "http://cndh.org/Report/Presupuesto 2.0.exe" in your browser?
I just tried ... and I am not able to download the file "Presupuesto 2.0.exe".

Dear Eramos,

what's the exact URL you used with the "Monitor URL" parameter of your project?

did you make available the "update.ini" file from the same "Monitor URL" URL you used?

I checked for both "http://finanzas.cndh.org.mx/Report/updates.ini" and "http://finanzas.cndh.org.mx/updates.ini" ... but I haven't found any.

yes my monitor URL is: http://finanzas.cndh.org.mx/Report/updates.ini
my website is in IIS 7.5 and i added MyMe type for updates.ini
and now the document can dowland...sorry...
but the application send the same error.
I hope yours comments.....

Dear Eramos,

I realized a very minimal test project using your URLs and the webupdate process works fine.

However, I found that your ini files uses the URL "http://finanzas.cndh.org.mx/Report/Presupuesto2.exe" where the effective package you are serving is "Presupuesto 2.0.exe".

Anyway, you find attached the test project I realized and you can use it, to verify any difference that may exist with your effective project.

NOTE!
The attached project has been released using IA 18 and ready to use... just compile it!.
