Add Open File dialog to existing dialog

Hi,

I want to customize one of our installer dialogs, add a "Browse..." button which shall open a "File Open" dialog.
I found the plug-in for adding such "Open File" dialog, but I don't understand how to open it when a button is pressed in another dialog.

Your help is needed.
