License not working

Hi Guys,

I download Installware 18 and update my old version 16 and now I can't license it. I try to uninstall everything from my machine and start as a new installation as well and it still not working.
I run the license file and go try the whole process in the end it say that was sucesseful and ask if I want to start Installware and as soon I as do it pop up a license form with options to buy or use as a trial.
I also try to re-start the machine and re-download the license and noting seems to work.

I'm sorry, but it's not clear if you are trying to activate a licenced copy of InstallAware 18.
If true, you must re-generate your license file from you personal account page.

Please be advised that you must have a license installer that is exactly synchronized in its version with the trial downloads provided. Using a different versions of license installers and trial downloads may cause problems with the IDE and the setup engine. Out-of-sync versions will cause a lot of random issues with your setups purely due to engine/compiler/script version mismatches and cannot be supported by technical support.

Ok I will go through all the steps:

1 - I download Installaware 18
2 - I download Installaware licensing file
3 - I installed Installaware
4 - I run the Installaware Licensing file
5 - The Installaware Licensing file finish execute with sucess
6 - I select the option "Launch Installaware"
7 -I got the message "Installaware not licensed"
8 - I close Installaware
9 - I run Installaware again
10 - I got the message "Installaware not licensed"
11 - I reboot my machine
12 - I start Installaware
13 - I got the message "Installaware not licensed"
14 - Write the message in the forum trying to find a solution for this problem

Have you re-generated your parsonal license file ( ... assuming you are effectively licenced to IA 18)?

I don't know how to be more clear, I did all the steps listed above, if the re-generate licenses is listed above, in that case "Yes I did", if it is not (listed above) than "No I did not", in such case would you kindly be able to inform how to proceed?

We are not diviners and if you need support about a specific question or problem, you are kindly requested to reply to our question properly... and without to start a trivial debate.

Anyway and if you are effectively licensed to IA 18, use your credentials ( ... those you received with your first order confirmation email) to log into your personal account page (http://www.installaware.com/myinstallaware) where is possible to re-generate the license file.

How Do I Use My Purchased Product?
First, click the 'Download Trial' link to download and install the trial copy of your product from the public website (if you have not installed it already).
Next, click the 'Generate License' link to obtain your personalized software license installer. Run it to convert your trial installation to the full version.
In the future, whenever you wish to update your program files, simply install the latest trial, and then regenerate your license to convert it to the latest full version.

Whent to the page above, press Generate License, try all the same steps as before and I still have the same problem... what is starting to became a novel.

have you Uninstall then Re-installed IA before to apply to the new generated license file?
