I didn’t find this topic elsewhere, but I need to solve my problem
I finish my installation about a month, whenever my customers install the software on XP or Windows7 (with net Framework 4) the system does not have any problem and installation finish perfectly.
However if the computer does not have the net framework 4 and have for example 4.5.1; the installation is halted and tell the user that it requires net framework 4; while our program run perfect on 4, 4.5 and 4.5.1.
The system tells the user about two files that requires that version 4 of the framework, but those files work without a single problem on 4.5.1.
This is happening mostly on Windows 8 that does not have net Framework 4, but 4.5.1
How I get rid of that message?
Or, is there any workaround?

Re: Installation Fails due to Framework 4 problem
Dear Ariel,
as already said by email;
"for what I see by your screen-shot, the error returned it's not related to the installer directly, but instead the installer reports that error when it tries to run your EXE"
