IA IDE constantly runs out of memory

I constantly have to restart the IA IDE in order to be able to build the package?
IDE complains this:

Error during build: Unable to build setup files: Insufficient memory
"
When I can get a version that doesn't run out of memory?
My PC has plenty of free memory...

how much RAM available do you have?

Because I am not able to replicate the same having 8 gb of ram.
