Wizard "Unable to create file"

Hello,

I have a customer who want install our program. During the installation process he got the error message that the installaware wizard cannot create a file (see attachment).

What I did:
- I execute the installer with administrative privileges
- I checked the permission on the temp-directory - permissions to everyone existent
- I checked the windows event log - no entries

The target system is Windows 7 64 Bit. The installation on similar system in his company works.

Any information regarding this issue are helpful.

Dear Michael,

I suggest you to verify if any Anti Virus application or security policy is instead responsible of your problem.

For what you report, It seems that the extracted files have been removed/corrupted by another process.
