Open Project Error: Installed Fonts

Dear Support Team Member

I have inherited an Installaware project from an ex-work colleague, which when I open it i get the following error:

I followed the instructions as per the error but when I got to the point of finding Installed Fonts, I was not able to find it. Is this because there is a difference between Installaware versions? And if so, is there some way in which to upgrade a project? If not, is there anyway to open this project?

Dear MaudDib,

this happens because your project uses a third party plugin and this has to be installed, otherwise you will be not able to load the project.

I suppose you can download it from the vendor site (use the following link for more details).
