Shortcut with "Rus as administrator" flag

Hi

We just installed the InstallAware XE3 Developer edition.

In the project we define a shortcut on the desktop with the "Rus as administrator" flag, but after installation on Windows 8.1 64bit the shortcut created without this flag.

Please advice.

Honestly, I am not able to see any problem on Win 8.1.
