Themes with full translation

Do any of the themes other than the Official one have all of their default text translated? While management likes the newer Aero style themes, it is not worth updating things if we have to manually translate all of the text that they contain. In the case of languages like Thai, while our program has been translated previously, the people that did this for us are no longer available, and that is not a language that anyone here speaks.

Unfortunately it's possible that for some languages the related dialog resources are not FULLY translated.
