Hello,
I have a problem with the uninstallation after I installed a patch (first one).
For testing purposes I create a patch which updates only one file.
After the Installation of the patch (the file has been replaced correctly) I want to uninstall my application.
Unfortunately only the file which was updated throw the patch is uninstalled.
All other files including the shortcuts on the desktop remain on the target machine.
When I call the uninstallation before running the patch, everything works fine.
So I don’t know the reason for it.
I’m using the windows installer not the native engine, the patch was created with IA X6, Windows 10, NOHARDLINKS=true, always cache setup sources=checked
Unfortunately I can’t find a reason for that. May somebody has some advices for me?
Thanks in advance.
