MSI Package Taking long time to install on Windows 8 and 10 to Exit

Good Morning,
I have built my msi package Using Studio Admin X5. it works well except on Windows 8 and 10.

The problem I have on Windows 8 and 10 is that it doesn't exit out of the installer after performing all the steps(Installing Pre Requisites and Application Files).
At Apply Install or Apply uninstall It takes a Long time(Hours to days).
I have monitored the Processes and what I observe is lot of RegQueryKey Operations happening on Windows 8 and 10.

I have already checked compiler options to Reduce MSI file Component Count and Reduce MSI registry component count.

Any Suggestions?
