Install on Amazon AWS

Good morning everybody, I am building an installer targeted also to AWS virtual machines. The installer requires an assembly registration which of course requires a.Net installation.
Which .net would install and consequently which script shall I use to avoid installation blocks like when trying to use old .net 2 but also 461 looks failing thus assembly install fails.
