Out of Memory on Application Runtimes

HI All,

We are using version 12, Build 8.8.2020 updated recently . We are getting error "out of memory" when clicking on Application Information -> Applicaiton Runtimes and not opening the window. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue.

Thank you Francesco, I downloaded the latest installer and updated. I am not getting the out of memory error now, but when I try to build I am getting "Error during build: Access violation at address 00000000. Write of address 00000000" and build not continuing.

I tried uninstalling and installing again still same. Please suggest.

Do you have any third party Anti Virus app installed?

Hi Francesco,

No Antivirus installed on this machine. However I observed that myahew.exe is showing as running in Task manager. Please see attached file. Does it mean it is still continuing the installation.

Can you please check the file location of that "myahew.exe" process?
(*)from Task manager right click "myahew.exe", then "Open file location".

I uninstalled and removed the folder InstallAware and reinstalled it. After that the myahew.exe is not appearing . But still I am getting the error

Can you still reproduce the issue if you try to build a totally new project created from scratch?
(*) just create a new project, leave all project settings as these are by default and without adding any file, finally build it as it is.
