Unfortunately, I don't know about such a software.

Note! By personal experience I found that under some circumstances it is not enough to kill an AV process.
Sometimes, I found other processes (using names not easy to identify) started by the AV ... and sometimes it was not possible to kill them.

The only think that I my suggest you, it is to create a WM Clone of that system.
In this way you can manipulate the system configuration as you need (es. with removing each installed apps).

I suppose that doing in this way you will be probably able to discover the problem ... and without damaging the customer's OS.
