Cannot install into another application's folder

Hi,

We are trying to make IA install an assembly into another application's folder in Win8 (reason: the other application is extensible, and we are adding an extension to it). Unfortunately IA fails to copy our assembly into the 3rd party folder. If we run a batch file that does the same, i.e. copies the assembly into that folder, then the copy works fine. But IA itself fails to do it. Note that IA can copy our assembly to a folder of our own that we create during installation.

Can you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this?
