I don't see why its necessary for IA to pin so many tiles to my start screen. Its great IA can do it, but can you stop doing it with IA itself? Or just limit it to the main application? Its really annoying.
/end rant.
Just did a clean install of Windows 10 and installed IA and 6 tiles got pinned to the start screen. Uncool.
Please stop pinning IA to my start screen
Re: Please stop pinning IA to my start screen
Just installed X3 and it did the same thing. Am I the only one annoyed by this? I think it's rather rude and gratuitous to pin 6 tiles to my start layout on each install.

Dear Rev23dev,
I don't know if you are the only annoyed by the start screen pins. I'll forward your notes to our dev team anyway.

Same here!
Also, I'm quite sure I once read in a Microsoft style guide that:
"The ability to pin shortcuts to the Taskbar is a strict user-feature. Applications are not supposed to do that without the user's explicit consent."
