Web media blocks built with X2 not working in 19.08

I just rebuilt my PC and installed the latest IA X2 (19.08). What I'm finding is the web media blocks compressed with a previous version of X2 (I'm guessing the one previous to 19.08? I stay fairly up to date) are not working with this version. Why is that? They don't seem to be extracting with this version. I built new ones, and those seem to work, but will the new ones extract with installers built with 19.0x?

Dear User,

the Web Media Blocks are version dependent and this has been always in this way.
The same happens with our web installer, the web media blocks have to be synchronized with the version of the build engine used.

Even between minor releases? I don't remember that ever being the case.

Honestly for what I recall it has been always in this way.

I'm experiencing the same issue, can I suggest that an error message that suggest a build mismatch, otherwise great product.
