Move InstallAware 18 from old PC to new PC - cannot download

Hi,

I have searched the forum and found instructions suggesting that I can move my installation of InstallAware 18 from my old PC to my new PC. However when I attempt to do this I am having some problems.

When I run the installer on my new PC selecting "Install the least required features" then I get a trial version of InstallAware installed and my project cannot run as it needs extra components.

When I run the installer on my new PC selecting all "Install all available features" the installer attempts to download a number of these from the internet as it says "Extraction of installation data downloaded from the web has failed". Downloading a fresh copy does not appear to work.

Could you help me move my copy of InstallAware 18 Studio from my old PC to my new PC?
