1. Go to Add/Remove Icon(Control Panel) launch uninstall application
2. The installer help completed uninstall and the icon installer is disappear (in control panel).
3. I found on the Start menu, still have all those shortcut exist

Dear Daniel,

please don't use multiple channels to post the same question.

For what concerns the project you sent, this is not complete and at least a script file was not included.

Please send your project along with any single file it uses in a compressed archive.
Otherwise it will be impossible for us to open and then to test it.

Possibly send to us a very very minimal project that replicates the issue.

Hi,

I manage found the answer.

This is because:

Comment: Comment-in (enable) the line below:
Set Variable NATIVE_ENGINE to TRUE

Now
Comment: IMPORTANT!
Comment: If your setup uses the Native Engine,
Comment: And the Scheduled Web Update Mode;
Comment: Comment-in (enable) the line below:
Comment: Set Variable NATIVE_ENGINE to TRUE

Currently the system run perfectly after the changed.
Does it mean whenever there is a Variable for NATIVE_ENGINE been turn TRUE and after doing something on code require to turn it FALSE.
Or as long it related with Schedules Web Update mode, variable of NATIVE_ENGINE should not exist.

By the way, FrancescoT mind to help me enlighten the question been posted at http://www.installaware.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10359
