Can't change my email address on this board

When I try to change my email address on this board, I get the following error message: "The e-mail address you entered is not allowed to be used". I made sure that I entered the same email address for the "confirm" box, and made sure that I entered the correct current password, but I still get the error.

What could the problem be?

Dear JMartine,

I can only suppose that you tried to use a email address that has a "not allowed" Email Domain's name .

Anyway, if you contact contact me at "support@installaware.com" and I'll try to verify it.

Very strange. I just went and checked, and it looks like it has my new email address on there now, despite the error I got. Strange.
