Setup built with Installaware X3 hangs during installation

When ngen.exe from Microsoft Framework v2.0.50727 is executed in Installaware setup using "Run Program As" command, some antivirus software like AVG are blocking the execution of this command and there by the setup hangs during installation. This behavior is observed with Installaware version X3 setup, the same works fine with Installaware version 9 setup. Also, when the same command is executed from command prompt manually, it works fine even with AVG antivirus running.

Can you suggest what could be the problem and how to address it?

Ngen command used:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\ngen.exe install "XXXX.Win.SupportDialogs.v12.1,Version=12.1.20121.2050,Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=7dd5c3163f2cd0cb, processorArchitecture=MSIL"

Dear Anil,

unfortunately there isn't so much that I can suggest you. We inform all AV manufacturers about our products ... but some of them are not very responsive.

Generally it should be enough to digitally sign the package.

Appreciate your prompt response.

The setup is digitally signed. Inspite of a valid signature this issue happens for pack built with IA X3.
