Hi,
I create a field in one of the forms and I want to make it mandatory so the user cannot press "next" until a value is entered in that field, how can I archive this?
Thanks in advance,
Icaro

Re: How to make a field mandatory
Dear Icaro,
just have a look at the "registration" dialog (which is included with all IA templates), the NEXT button is enabled only when User Name & Company controls are both filled.
This behavior is handled by the "Object rules" defined with the dialog.
- Open the "registration" dialog in the Dialog Editor Tool
- Double-click one of the Edit controls.
- The Define Interactive Characteristics dialog appears.
- Select the Object Rules tab on this dialog.
Hope this helps you.
Regards.
