I have several reports of my installer reporting errors (2318 - File Not Found) - the issue I looking for hep for is to track down what is going on. The file(s) do exist in the installer, the problem is that *different* files are reported as missing on different machines - nothing consistent and we verified that every file in the installer build does exist when the installer is created.
An example of the error message:
Product: Securexam -- The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2318. The arguments are: C:\Program Files (x86)\Securexam\PdfFiles\3462CD.pdf, <-- each time a different file may be reported missing
What should we be looking at to track down a 'package problem'?
Thanks!

Dear Shmulik28,
did you check if an installed Anti Virus is the cause of your problem?
For what you are reporting ...it seems so.

Re: Random Installer Errors - 2318
Yes, I'm sure it's definitely an AV thing. Again, different files (all posted to the totalvirus site first to have them 'pass' through 50+ AV products) are removed.
What I'm curious about, is is there something / a flag that I can set that basically will cause the entire install to fail / rollback if any of the files are not installed?
The installation "succeeds", but I can check in the Appplication Event log and see a file, two or three that received the 2318 error - I'd rather have the install rollback, so at least it was obvious to the user and we could help navigate them through their AV product.
