Postby Vincent T » Tue Nov 03, 2020 2:10 am

I have put the necessary file to Azure storage and I can download this file from the browser
but it will fail from installaware

I am not sure if it's related to TLS1.2

Did you try with selecting the option: "Download a new copy of ..."'?

In addition, did you test if there is any problem with the WMBs?
This can be easily tested. Simply copy the setup.exe with all WMBs into a local folder, and finally run the exe from there.

The Web media blocks is work fine when I put zip file to our FTP server but for some reason, we need to put this zip file to Azure server but after that, the Web media blocks cannot work anymore
The only difference is URL, the FTP server allows HTTP and the Azure server is allowed HTTPS only

Is possible The Web media blocks didn't support HTTPS?

PS I can download the zip file from the Azure server by using browser.

It cannot depend on HTTPS protocol. WMB full supports HTTPS ...btw, we also share our Web Media Block (our official distribution) via HTTPS.

Is your Azure repository publicly accessible, or is it restricted to authorized users only (password protected download area)?
