setups connecting to external ip s

I am using InstallAware X13 Studio version. Setups we created are connecting to 51.178.91.235 and 162.159.36.2
during setup progress. Why ?

The setup packages generated by our tool do not make any of such connections.

I suggest you to "carefully check" what gets included by the software you are trying to deploy.
