Check and setup msi prereq scripts

Hello,
PreReq check scripts checkmsi**.mia and setupmsi**.mia - when are these needed to be included? If our products claim support for Windows 10 and above only for client OS and Windows 2019 and above for server OS, do we still need to run check and install for msi versions?

Dear Mallika,

you can safely remove such MSI RTM dependency if you are targeting Windows Vista or later OS.
