mTranslator feature request

The translator utility in the beta release is definitely an improvement. However, it would be nice if there was something like a master Language whose categories exposed a "Translation Required" column for each string (and possibly other global properties as well ??). Any of these settings in the Master language would be inherited by all languages.

That way, we could check those items that need translation. Many items under the Set Variable Commands and If Commands categories don't need translation, but our translators will never figure that out unless we explicitly tell them.
