Is it possible to perform the “Run Program” over an http-address?

Example: I want to run a separate program located on http://someaddress.com/applicationfolde ... cation.exe

It is possible to do that with some limitations:

1.- The run program command opens an explorer window
2.- The explorer "Run/Save" dialog appears
3.- IA doesn't wait for the program to finish execution.

However, the program runs, which at the end is what you want.
