Problem with the Translation Wizard

I am just trying to do some localization of our install and I have come up agains an issue with the Translation Tool.

When I try to start the mTranslator.exe i get the error "List index out of bounds (-1)"

With this particular installation, we have 2 builds using the same common script.

Both installations have very little in the main script, it is ALL in the common script. they jsut have a different name and a couple of set variables.

I have also tried using the original Install that the common script is based on, that one seems to work ok.

Any Ideas, let me know if any files would help.
