setup crash during initialization dialog

Hi,

a setup suddenly dissapears during initialization dialog (after the unzip dialog). What can cause this behaviour, what should I look for?

Delete Temp directory? etc?

does it happens with a particular OS only or it occurs routinely?

Which IA version you used to build the package?

This is happening on only one computer, the IA version is 17. We will try to delete the temp folder for the user running the setup if we get contact to the system again..
