Hi,
my installations installs some shortcuts to AllUsers (c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\).
If I wrap this installation into a .msi file (InstallAware Group Policy Wizard) then the shortcuts are installed only per user. The shortcuts are not installed to c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ but to
c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
I didn't change anything in CMDLINE and the setup is the same that workes fine.
Tested on Windows 8.1.

Dear Alibaba,
try with forcing the "ALLUSERS" predefined variable as TRUE.
You can specify it with the Command Line Parameters field of the GPW.

Yes I know that it helps, but shouldn't the .msi install the same way like the .exe?
