InstallAware 16 reinstall

I have a need to reinstall IntallAware 16.

I have all my original files:

- The trial install file
- The generated license file
- The 2 GB of downloaded plugin files originally backed up from doing a complete installation

I also have the trial password.

If I try to do any version of the install which uses plugins, during the install, I get an error message stating that extraction of downloaded files failed. It offers the option to retry the download or retry the extraction. No matter what I do, this message keeps popping up until it I cancel out of the installation.

During the initial portion of the setup, it asks if I want to keep a backup of downloaded files. I do the checkbox, then select the path where all the files are already backed up.

Please let me know how I can successfully complete this installation.

Dear User,

if you have a backup of all the required files (7zip files), just place them under the same exe installer folder and then run the installation.

No other action is required.

It was unclear how to get the installer to recognize the location of the previously downloaded plugins, that worked.
