Uncompressed works, single compressed exe doesnt

Hi

I have an installation which installs fine if created as uncompressed but fails if created as single compressed .exe.
It says it cannot find the files, see screenshot. This is just one screenshot, a lot more follow.
Only part of the files are installed. There does not seem to be a relation between files which could be installed and the ones not being installed.
Running it as administrator does not help.
In both setups no errors were displayed when creating.
It is the only difference, I tried, no other changes were done.

does it occur with any machine you tried to install your package?

... BTW, it seems to be the classic Anti-Virus intrusion.
