Dear Support,
While installing a product on Win 8/ x64 system, an installaware setup failed to install. the last error was an abrupt closure of the installation system. the exact words are not available.
I see an icon in the program/uninstall - control panel. an uninstall link as well. its starts and then vanishes.
clicking install again, is same behavior.. it starts and then vanishes.
how can I completely uninstall ?
thanks

Dear Rajan,
You could try with restoring the system to a previous "Restore Point".
Alternatively, you could try with using the following on-line tool;
