Slow web media download

I have a customer that can't install our software. Web media blocks download is incredible slow.
Web browsing speed is good, and I've tested the speed of his internet conection and is faster that my conection.

With my conection, our setup download/install about 130MB in three minutes. In this time, he only downloads 1% or 2%. Sometimes download fails.

Any idea?

Dear Jnadal,

it can be caused by a problem with that machine only (...maybe; system settings, concurrent applications that uses an internet connection or even an Anti Virus agent application).

Anyway, you can try to download your package manually using the user's browser ... to see if something changes.
