Multiple Disk How to w/ Web Media Blocks

Hello,

I am working on an install package which is CD/DVD based for a .NET project. During this install it checks for specific Runtimes and if needed installs them. That is great, however it makes the install disk 3.5 GB in size. I would like to request the user insert the runtime disk if runtimes are needed. What are the steps I would need to take to make this happen?
