Do you limit the number of reinstalls of your product?

I am a lone and struggling programmer. And I've just discovered, while trying to reinstall InstallShield after a series of system crashes, I've exceeded the number of installs allowed

Do you do this to your customers?

This is especially frustrating as I am about to the end of project which I have worked on for over two years now.
