Files not installing or updating as expected

I'm using InstallAware trial and installed the studio (not studio admin)version. I've made quite a few edits to the default install, including switching themes and starting over on a particular project. Everything looks like it is working fine, but my files do not install and my INI files don't get written to.

All of the code in the label Main Install is being executed, at least I can step through it in the debugger.

Is it possible to render code not workable by deleting and/or rearranging dialogs, even though the code seems to execute?

Are all your setup commands coming before Apply Install?

Yes, they are.

I'd use the logging option to find out what's going on in more detail. setup.exe /l=c:\\log.txt, for example.
