What versions qualify for the upgrade pricing?

I was wondering, as our "contract" is up in January, if we wait another year to purchase the upgrade package, would we still qualify for the upgrade pricing? We moved to X5 during the last few months preparing for our expiration.

Please let me know what our options are in this regard.
