Microsoft WSE 3.0 Runtime Prerequisite

Why don't you have a Microsoft WSE 3.0 Applicaiton Runtime Prerequisite? It is provided in the basic Visual Studio Setup & Deployment project which I am trying to get away from. Can you add one to your next release ??

Should be very easy to add this as an application runtime. You can read our whitepaper to do it yourself:

Or post a link to the runtime here, and one of our engineers and/or a community member should soon produce a free application runtime that does this for you.

Below is the link to the Microsoft WSE 3.0 runtime. If anyone could create a plugin for it that would be great. It is a very common Microsoft runtime redistributable MSI.
