If I purchase InstallAware Studio from a reseller, can I get support and/or maintenance too? Through the reseller or directly from you?

Hi Jim,

For those add-ons, you need to order direct from InstallAware. You can still get the base product from your favorite resellers while we continue to update our reseller network.
