Feature inclusion with web setup

I want to use the web setup install type for deployment so people have to download prerequisites if they need them.

But I want to include all our install files in the download not have them external how do you do this?

The pre-requisites are all included in web media blocks automatically. For your files to be included in web media blocks, you need to filter them by feature in the Files section. If you do not filter them, or if you make them feature independent they will be included in the main exe of the installer.

Ok that is how I had the setup originally but when I built the installer instead of including the files in the main setup exe it placed them all into one of the web media blocks (the block was the .net 1.1 installer)

Is there somthing I could have done to cause this? I can attache my script if needed

That is easy to fix. In the MSIscript, look for all install files command. Cut them and paste them right after the [OFFLINE CONTENT].

thanks that sorted it I must have got things out of order in the setup at some point
