.NET Version 1.1 and 1.1 SP1

If i use "Check/Install .NET check V1.1" , what value will it return if:

1) Version 1.1 is installed
2) Version 1.1 SP1 is installed

is it true for each or true for 1 and not for 2

True for each.

If you check for 1.1 SP1 and 1.1 is installed, it will return false,
if you check for 1.1 and 1.1 SP1 is installed, it will return true.
