Change dialogs order in Express

In the Express version the Welcome and the License dialogs goes after the pre-requisites setup.
How I can to change it as it is not reasonably to install some thing on the system without read and agree my EULA.

Hi,

Unfortunately you cannot change that with the Express version - you would have to use a version that supports MSIcode scripting.
